The name “Namaste” comes from a common greeting used in Nepal and India, symbolizing obedience and a warm welcome. The restaurant’s philosophy aligns with the Eastern proverb “अतिथि देवों भव:” meaning “Guests are a form of the Gods,” emphasizing their commitment to treating customers with respect and hospitality.
